in learning ergonomics has gone into the planning of CTEL, resulting in a technology-enhanced environment that set new benchmarks for student-centred learning. The facility included 23 additional, multimedia enabled classrooms; "wired" student common areas; a 250-station open computer lab; and a new and expanded Learning Resource Centre with "knowledge hubs" dedicated to a number of academic disciplines.
