| Project Description |
| The project is a four structure, two-storey, 2,500 m2, construct of new living units. The project comprises of construction of one, 98-bed residential apartment style and three new 96 bed podular cell block style inmate living units. The project includes excavation and foundations, masonry and a steel structure, drywall partitions, finishes, security systems, fire alarm system, plumbing, electrical distribution, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. |
