| Project Description |
| Major redevelopment of the North York General Hospital, which included approximately 235,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 75,000 sq. ft. of renovations. The new construction comprised an eight storey, 205,000 sq. ft. South East Wing as well as a four storey, 30,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing South Wing. |

| The new construction and renovation areas have accommodated the relocation and major expansion to the Surgical, Critical Care, Genetics, Laboratory, CSR, Diagnostic Imaging and Maternal Newborn programs. A new Main Entrance lobby, Academic Centre, 32-bed Sub-Acute Care patient unit and 2 floors of physicians’ offices were also included in the new construction. |
