| Project Description |
| The SB2 package consists of the following 4 stages: |
|
| Stage 1 |
| Emergency Department expansion (30,000 s.f. new building addition and 21,000 s.f. interior renovations) under complex scheduling and phasing. |
| Stage 2 |
| Central Utility Plant (CUP) expansion (5,000 s.f new building addition and 1,000 s.f. of interior renovation to accommodate and include new boiler, chillers, cooling towers, diesel generator and switchgear upgrades). |
| Stage 3 |
| Infrastructure Upgrades (replacement/upgrade of underground sewer lines, medical gases piping upgrades, extensive roadwork and site landscaping improvements). |
| Stage 4 |
Air handing units (AHU’s) upgrades (replacement and refurbishing of existing AHU’s throughout the campus).
All work has been performed under stringent Infectious Control Guidelines as set and continuously monitored by S & W. |
