| Project Description |
| Construction of a two storey, approximately 30,000 sq.ft. construction of poured-in-place concrete with strip footings. Exterior Finishes include stone, curtainwall glazing, glass tile, 2 ply modified bitumen roofing and EIFS, Sitework in the vicinity of the new library includes concrete sidewalk, sod, planting and asphalt parking areas. The building is fully sprinklered. The electrical work included general lighting, conduit and cabling installation for telephone, data, PA system and security. |
