| Project Description |
| Sheridan Villa will undergo some redevelopment to upgrade the centre to the new design standards set by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. The upgrades will be done within the existing building structure. Once construction is completed, Sheridan Villa will operate 142 long-term care beds, a reduction from its current 236 beds. |

| The redevelopment will improve the environment for Sheridan Villa residents. The centre will have several resident home areas with their own dining and activity areas and a terrace. Residents rooms will be more spacious and the Adult Day Program space will be improved. |
