Bondfield completes $36 million Kanata Richcraft Recreational Complex

The $36 million Richcraft Recreational Complex has opened in Kanata north, culminating several years of planning and the design and construction challenge to achieve LEED Gold certification standards.
Bondfield Construction Coprovided general contracting services for the project designed by Salter Pilon Architecture Inc.

The approximately 90,000 sq. ft. complex includes a 25 m., eight-lane pool, a leisure pool and facilities, male, female and family change room, two full-size gymnasia, individual conditioning space, a youth room, meeting and multi-purpose rooms, serving kitchen, reception and administration areas.
