| Construction of a 94,270 sq.ft. new Transportation and Works Regional Operations Centre. The building is comprised of a two-storey office area, warehouse area and vehicle maintenance area. The building is shared by the York Regional Police. The site work includes landscaping and construction of hard surfaces and installation and construction of an on-site sewage treatment facility and enclose, as well as site drainage facilities including a storm management pond and drainage ditch. |
