| The building design is an "L" shaped, four storey, 62,410 square feet. The ground floor includes a seniors' ALC of approximately 5,300 square feet which will provide recreation and social related services to the community. |

| The unit breakdown of the residential component is 54 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments for a total of 60 apartments. There are three apartments with enhanced features for wheelchair accessibility. In addition, there are interior and exterior amenities for the residents. The site is located at 133 Fieldstone Drive in the Highway 7 / Weston Road area in the community of Woodbridge within easy walking distance of shopping and other community services of interest to senior citizens. |
