| Project Description |
| Canadian Forces School for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is a vehicle maintenance training facility for 320 students, 85 teaching staff and a building area of about 11,800 sq.m. This new building, the second training facility built by Carruthers Shaw and Partners for the Department of National Defence, replaces buildings dating from the World War 1 era. The building programme includes administration and staff office space, library, classrooms, training areas, shop space for electrical, mechanical and vehicle maintenance training, specialized material storage rooms and combustible fuel storage areas. There are six separate large high bay shop spaces for vehicle maintenance instruction. |
